Secure Payment:

All purchases are processed via Paypal. Whether you have a Paypal account or use your credit card, you can be assured of the security of your transaction. Paypal will send you a confirmation email once they have received your payment. Once we have been notified of the payment by Paypal, we will then send you an order confirmation email.

Free Shipping:

For deliveries to addresses in the towns of Auteuil QC, Blainville QC, Boisbriand QC, Bois-Des-Filions QC, Fabreville QC, Lorraine QC, Rosemère QC, Saint-Louis-de-Terrebonne QC, Sainte-Rose QC, Saint-Eustache QC and Sainte-Thérèse QC,  we are offering free delivery on all nutritional items and most couture and accessories items as well. Items that are not available for free delivery will be noted “Not Available for Free Delivery” in the product information section for that item. Orders will be delivered within 7 working days. We will contact you on the day of delivery to ensure that you will be home to accept your package.

Shipping:

Kena&Brutus shipping charges are based on the weight of the shipment. Shipping charges are calculated during the checkout process and can be viewed before payment of the order. After placing an order you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number for your package. Orders will be delivered by ground post and usually arrive at there destination within 2 to 14 business days. Some shipments may take longer than usual. For example hand-made or custom orders; however, this extension in delivery time will be noted in the product information section for that product.

Returns:

Our goal at kenabrutus.com is to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your shopping experience. Therefore, we will gladly accept returns within 15 days from the date your order was delivered. Shipping fees are not refundable and return shipping will be paid for by the customer; however, kenabrutus.com will refund the shipping fee and return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items or items returned more than 15 days past delivery. We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased at kenabrutus.com. We cannot exchange items.

Therefore, to avoid unnecessary returns, we highly recommend you measure your pet precisely and then size the item according to the sizing charts under each product.

Return Procedures:

1. Simply call 514-244-5485 or email us at info@kenabrutus.com and tell us what the problem with your item(s) is. You will then receive a (RAN) Return Authorization Number to identify your article(s) along with a return address.

If the item was delivered by Free Delivery in the towns mentionned above, we will come by and pick up the order for you.

2. Return product to us

Place the item(s) in its original packaging and ship with a tracking number to the address we have given you. Please make sure your RAN is written outside the shipping box.

3. Refund confirmation

Once we have received your package we will notify you of your refund via e-mail after we've processed the returned item(s). You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 5 to 10 business days after we've processed your item(s).
